Ministries and Service

Ministry opportunities are everywhere at Grace Church. Remember, "For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." (Ephesians 2:10)

Adventure Club

Children are the future of our church. That is why we offer a ministry especially designed for our school aged children. "Why Adventure Club?" We believe that knowing and loving Jesus is life's greatest adventure! Every Sunday we offer a time of games, crafts, praise and worship, Bible teaching through dramas, stories and small group instruction time, and prayer. We have lots of fun! We always could use people who want to make a difference in kids' lives. Here are a few opportunities you might consider: Game Coordinator, Worship Team, Actor/Storyteller, and Small Group Leader. College/Career

This is a group of single adults between ages 18-30. It is our desire to see people come to Christ, grow in faith, and become connected into the life of the church through worship, fellowship and involvement in ministry. Contact our church office.

Information/Guest Table

This is the "communication hub" for our church. It is a "stand-in" office for Sunday mornings. There is literature about our church, upcoming events and ongoing programs. This is where you can request tapes of the Sunday messages, pick up a bulletin from a previous week's service, leave your offering if you "missed the basket," or leave notes to be passed on to the church staff. Janitorial

There's a lot of behind-the-scenes work that makes Grace Church a smooth running operation and we have our janitorial/maintenance crews to thank. Would you like to be part of a team committed to stewardship of God's gifts to us, helping to maintain and care for our facility? Contact the church office.

Hosts/Ushers/Greeters (HUGS)

Everyone believes that their area of responsibility is second to none in importance. So it is with the hosts, ushers, and greeters. Because of our new location, we are seeing new folks every week and it is imperative that they be made to feel welcome. That is why our greeters are so important to us. We always could use people who enjoy putting a smile on their face and giving a friendly hello. Were you greeted and made to feel welcome? Then you may want to join this group of people. Connections Café

Do you enjoy the smell of freshly brewed coffee? Do you like to see happy, smiling faces as they sample breakfast treats? Then here is the ministry for you, with many ways to help! Contact Katie Caudill.

Small Group Ministry

Small group ministry is the heartbeat of our fellowship and the backbone of our spiritual growth. Proverbs 27:17 says, "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another." We presently have 50% of our adults in small groups and our prayer is to see that grow to 80%. Our greatest need is for apprentice leaders—individuals committed to learning how to care/pastor a group by participating in and interacting with a current small group leader. We also need homes made available for groups to meet in. Contact our church office if you would like to participate.

Women's Bible Study

"Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs..." Colossians 3:16. Life is hard and schedules are hectic! Monday evenings and Thursday mornings provide an opportunity to join other ladies who long to find deeper fellowship with God and with each other. We have a short devotional, worship, prayer and fellowship. Come be refreshed! Contact the Grace Church office.

Youth Ministries

"Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers..." The youth group's goal is to fulfill what Christ has asked of His body. We are the Church. To accomplish this goal we have small groups, a worship service, Bible studies, service projects, and outreach events. Do you have a pulse? Do you love God? Do you like teenagers?
